This unique and beautifully decorated, tiled, beach-front, coastal cottage condo is fully upgraded and ready for your arrival!

The interior features upscale, comfortable, and ample furnishings throughout. From the living area to the oversized balcony, you'll have room for every one. The outdoor balcony is another living area in itself and includes a conversational set and two chaise lounge chairs. Our guests spend as much time on the balcony as they do indoors enjoying the coastal saltwater air, listening to the waves breaking on the beach, and viewing magnificent sunsets.

A large kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful, thick, custom granite counter tops and white cabinets. The beautiful granite and backsplash will make you feel like you are living and cooking in luxury! The dining table and breakfast bar provide seating for everyone.

An open concept floor plan allows an effortless flow from the dining area to the living room; all while maintaining a mesmerizing view of the beautiful emerald coast water! The living room features comfy sectional that you can sink into while watching tv, napping, or simply enjoying the gulf views.

The gulf-front, master bedroom, adjoins the balcony and includes a private bath. A queen bed awaits you along with beautiful furnishings and plenty of, easily accessible, closet space for your clothes. The tiled master bath includes a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom includes two double beds and private access to the guest bathroom. A separate, conveniently located, laundry room includes stacked washer/dryer.

This beautiful condo is well kept by its owners. Book it now! You'll be glad you did!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Bring on the sunshine

This was the easiest stay I've ever had. From Riley being very informative and sending everything I need to walking into the condo. Wow. This is absolutely a beautiful unit with everything you need. Beautiful views! This is a modern unit as well. We had the best time and actually were able to rent two more days. We are definitely planning on renting the unit next year.

We had an amazing time staying in your place!! The condo had everything we needed and the views are awesome. We could see fish swimming in the surf. My husband and I was able to be in the calm surf water, he was waste deep and I was knee deep when a beautiful manatee swam right in front of us ((about 3 ft in front of us)so cool! Also Greta’s rental staff are so very nice and attentive. I would definitely rent again!

Beach vacay

Pros: Very clean, comfy pillows & beds, great couch, great balcony furniture, elevators fast, convenient area.Con: we drive a Tahoe & parking is terrible! The garage you have to back up go forward back up etc just to turn to go to each level. Parking spaces are tight if you can even get in them. Our assigned spot was against a wall and we cd not even get in it. They relocated/reassigned our parking across the street on upper level lot which was fine however people kept parking in our spot . We wd have to call to get a new spot ( staff was super nice and helpful). Just not something you want to deal with everyday on vacay. Will prob look for a house next time. Overall besides parking great place to stay.

This condo was beautifully decorated and the oversized balcony was such a blessing! We enjoyed our stay on the lesser crowded side of Panama City Beach and it was such a wonderful experience! Riley (point of contact with the management company) was top tier with his above and beyond service. He was able to get us checked in early and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo! We look forward to visiting here for many years to come!

However when renting chairs and umbrellas at a resort it would be nice if nobody was allowed to block your view of the ocean and the parking is quite snug for an suv or pickup truck. Otherwise I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Getaway!

Brought my daughters down for an extended weekend and the condo did not disappoint! Perfect size and location, very clean, parking in the same building. Large balcony with amazing view. We will book again for next year!

Family Vacation

I can not thank the property manager enough. I didn't realize the access to the condo was outside and being the 16th floor, I was terrified of the height. I went back downstair and call the property manager in tears. He was amazing and understanding worked his magic. He was able to move us to a lower level condo and it was absolutely perfect. Everything from the condo to the entire property was clean and staff were friendly. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

Perfect location and Balcony You Want To Live On!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this condo. Situated slightly North of all the “busy-ness”, the location provides an escape from the hustle and bustle with still being close enough to a myriad of good restaurants and activities. The fully furnished balcony was the highlight of our trip, as we spent more time enjoying it than we did sitting on the beach! Beautifully furnished and decorated, this condo provided a much-needed relaxed escape for us.

A Must Book!

The condo was everything it was advertised for! Beautiful views, VERY clean, easy to find and great location on the coast. All floors are tiled which is great for the beach. Kitchen is up to date, clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Washer and dryer worked great. Balcony was so nice to sit on and enjoy the views. Covered parking.

The condo was immaculately decorated with breathtaking views of the emerald ocean. It is located on the lower end of PCB making it a desirable location for rest and relaxation. The beach was never crowded and we enjoyed the pool and saunas. Greta’s beach rental went above and beyond for us. They discounted our rental ( it was a little out of our price range ) with a simple email request on our part. They always responded with any questions we had and were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to give them a shout out and let them know how grateful we are for everything and we really had the best vacation. We will definitely be booking with them in the future.

Beach Perfection!

The property was pristine and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The ocean views are perfection! The balcony is very roomy and made for the perfect spot for our morning coffee. Plenty of towels and everything worked perfectly in the kitchen. What better way than staying in a five star platinum condo on the beach. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Our favorite spot was the spacious balcony. When not on the beach, we were on the balcony relaxing and enjoying being together. Being on the 16th floor, the view was spectacular. It felt like we were sitting right over the water. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious affording us the comforts of home away from home. Beach access was easy to navigate making it convenient to spend hours relaxing in the sun, walking along edge of the surf or sticking our toes in the sand. As we were stretched out in the beach chairs reading and “working on our tans” the first morning we were there, a family sitting next to us called us the “ ya-ya ladies”. So we decided to call our trip “ ya-ya beach trip 2024”. This was definitely a 5 star experience and something we hope we can do again next year and many years to come.
