Had a great one night stay while doing the Truffle Shuffle at August Hill Winery. Absolutely beautiful and immaculate place. So cute and cozy! Easy to get to, perfect location for the winery and bar hopping in downtown Utica. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice and clean. Enjoyed the lit Christmas tree next to the fireplace! Thankful there were a few k ups for coffee. All I had brought was ground coffee so it was nice to have my cup of coffee Also thankful for skoogs and joy and Ed’s being open during the snow storm!!

It was really a nice stay. For an open floor plan you still had plenty of privacy. There are plenty of options for food and beverages and ice cream in walking distance.Utica is a friendly community, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out the state parks, did lots of hiking. It was a great spot to come back to and relax, the mattress was awesome, was able to get a great night's sleep!!!

It was fabulous. We could not have come at a better time. We loved the coziness, as well as as the friendly people we met.We do not drink and so we did not experience the wineries, but I’m sure they were fabulous.

Great place to stay for a weekend away!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my wife. Suite was perfect for our weekend away. Couldn't have asked for a better location to local restaurants, shops and attractions. Very friendly, clean, fun and respectful community. We can't wait to book this place again and go back!
