Coco's Creekside Cabin with Hot Tub, Firepit, and AC/Heat in Munds Park!

Relax with the whole family in our charming log cabin in Munds Park! The cabin sits on a large treed lot with a seasonal creek, beautiful ponderosa pines and in the fall, colorful oak trees. Enjoy the cool fresh morning air and crisp nights.

The cabin is just 2 hours from Phoenix, 20 minutes to Flag, 2 hours to Antelope Canyon/Page, 45 minutes to Sedona, 30 minutes to Snowbowl and an hour and half to the Grand Canyon. All of which makes the perfect home base to enjoy lots of exploring and adventuring!

Coco's is a modern A-frame cabin where guests have access to the entire place. From large chalet windows and doors to hardwood floors throughout. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The full restroom is on the main floor. The cabin sleeps 6, but we do have an air mattress that can accommodate 1 more.

The primary suite has 1 has one king bed, a tv with Direct TV access and is on the main floor.
Guest room 2 has a queen bed and is on the main floor.
Guest room 3 is in the loft and has a queen bed, tv and is upstairs.

The loft is a shared space that is upstairs, with guest room 3 but also has a large sectional for entertaining or simply relaxing. This is the perfect area to watch a movie or play a game.

The cozy kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you, including a hot coco bar! I also proudly provide Starbucks K-pods and creamer.

Outside offers Munds Park front porch sitting and outback has a beautiful deck with a table and Weber grill to make a perfect meal! We also have a fire pit to roast up some delicious s'mores or lounge in the hammock in the trees. This is one of the few cabins that has central AC and heat and a wood burning fireplace.

Quiet hours in the park are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do have full time neighbors so we do ask that our guests respect the quiet hours.

No events or parties are allowed at the cabin.

At Coco's Cabin we do love animals but we do NOT allow any type of animal. Due to allergies we are a hypoallergenic home. Please do not send me a message asking if we allow pets as we do not but there are lots of cabins in the area that do. We love all animals but I want to be respectful of all my guests and their health concerns and allergies. If an animal is reported or seen, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and possible extra cleaning fees will be applied.

No smoking of any substances inside the cabin, including incense and candles. In the event it is found, a deep cleaning fee will be applied.

The cabin is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Flagstaff. Instacart delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered after you check in. You will want to plan accordingly however, the local gas station does have a mini-mart with a large supply of necessities.

I do have a second home in the park and I am usually there on the weekends and most holidays for all your questions and concerns.

This was an excellent cabin for a girls weekend getaway. It’s really well appointed and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. It was all excellently clean and in good condition. The game loft was awesome! The hot tub was a great perk. The beds were SO comfortable, we actually asked what brand they were because we all wanted to buy them. The cabin is truly lovely. It’s definitely in a neighborhood and has close neighbors on all sides, it was not an issue by any means just know it’s a neighborhood and not an off in the mountains type cabin. I would absolutely stay there again!

Absolutely must stay if you are heading up North. I recently stayed at the Coco Creek-side cabin celebrating getting Married in Munds Park. The owner was supper sweet, leaving a card and a bottle of bubbles for me and my wife. The cabin was the perfect relaxation spot with amazing cabin feel and stunning decor. You don't need to bring anything up the cabin is fully stocked with everything you need. Awesome hot tub, cozy outdoor fire pit, full laundry if needed, coffee bar with hot chocolate for the kiddos, indoor fire place. I could go on and on, definitely treat yourself to this amazing property. So thankful to celebrate a life's milestone in Coco Creek-side. Thank you Carissa and Family for opening your home, to ours.

Our favorite house in Munds Park! We stayed here twice and that never happens! The perfect size for a family with kids. The hot tub never disappoints. The upstairs loft is perfect for the kids. A perfect weekend getaway for a family from Phoenix. We’ll be back! Thanks for everything!

Great cabin not far from Flagstaff

The cabin is very nice, and has all the comforts. Quick zip up the highway to Flagstaff, and a great place to relax indoors or out!

We decided to stay in Munds Park to get out of the heavy Phoenix heat and we loved this cabin. Carissa was extremely well at answering questions and responding to messages, even when messaged late at night. The cabin had everything we needed and was well stocked. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay for a relaxing weekend, definitely pick this place. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing stay! Without a doubt the cleanest rental we have ever been in. The attention to detail from the black make-up towels to the wine bottles for a donation was great. Neighborhood was great. Quiet at all times. Away from the busy streets so the kids could play outside. Would definitely recommend! Carissa was great. She was constantly in contact and made sure we had a great time!

Great mountain getaway

Location is excellent. 40 minutes from Sedona or Camp Verde. 20 minutes from Flagstaff. The cabin is far enough away for some seclusion. Amenities were great. We will be back

Perfectly cute cabin for girls retreat

So clean! Many nice touches, such as welcome treats and little notes. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, blankets, and extra pillows. Overall very nice!

Great property for family!

Girls Trip

We are educators from Phoenix that travel annually during our Spring Break. We had a wonderful time; talking, laughing, and sharing during our three day stay at Coco’s Cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio, grilled a delicious lunch and sat at the picnic table one afternoon. It was glorious. Perfect Cabin Retreat

My wife and I are big readers and wanted to get away, unplug, and have a cozy place to read and relax. The upstairs loft was perfect to lounge around in and the kitchen was perfect for all of our needs as well. Super responsive host for questions as well, we'll definitely be returning.

Picture perfect ❤️

Coco’s cabin delivered as described and then some. I could feel all the stress of life leave even as I parked in the driveway. You could do so many things or nothing at all. If I had any questions the host responded within minutes. The property was expansive and included a jacuzzi, fire pit with seating, a hammock, grill and more. Inside the cabin I was greeted with a delicious box of cookies and a hot cocoa bar. I hope to go back to see the leaves change and some snow. Feeling grateful and recharged. Dorothy

Great Ambiance

I really loved the ambience of this place. I loved the lighting and the jacuzzi. The place was very clean. The only thing I wish they had was a place for clothes. There were no dressers to put clothes in. Besides that, it was fantastic.

Great host and great property!

You would be hard pressed to find a more attentive host and a better property than Carissa and Coco's Creekside Cabin. They make sure you want for nothing, and go well above with specialty cookies delivered right to our door! The cabin is spotless with lots of great outdoor seating in both the front and back. I highly recommend this property.

Friends vacation

First off we had a great time at this adorable cabin!!! We needed an early check in and Carissa was very accommodating While we were there we enjoyed the BBQ Grill and lounge chairs, fire pit and the Hot Tub. This place is set up with games and other relaxing spots in the back we did not get a chance to enjoy This cabin was in a great location and the little town was so peaceful We brought our UTVs and the forest was wonderful to explore We will definitely be back

Great girls weekend getaway

The cabin was a great place for a weekend getaway. We drove into Sedona and did the cathedral hike, but also spent plenty of time relaxing at the cabin. There are multiple outdoor spaces to relax and hang out. The hot tub was also wonderful!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Coco's! My friend and I were immediately impressed when we walked in. The cabin decor was warm and inviting and it smelled wonderful. There was even a box of cookies on the kitchen counter for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and ready to use and we felt relaxed and at home immediately. There was plenty of kindling to start a fire and plenty of fire wood, but there is also a convenient, easy to use digital thermostat on the wall in the hallway. The inside temperature was comfortable the entire time. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans, etc. and there are plenty of supplies if you are like me and like to clean as you cook. The main bed is very comfortable. The deck and yard are well kept and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The WiFi worked great when I had to handle emails, etc. for work. Some of the houses in the neighborhood are not as well kept as Coco's and there are neighbors close by, although we only saw others a couple of times. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had one concern that the shower water was not very hot, but the problem was addressed and fixed as soon as possible. The host was great at communicating to make sure our stay was great. If you are looking for a place to relax with a host that cares about guest the guests, don't hesitate to book a stay here. We will definitely be back!
