Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.
The space
Your stay will be in what was originally designed as an in-law suite, a fully furnished 900 square foot apartment. This includes an enclosed garage for parking your vehicle allowing easy entrance to the apartment. A walk-out deck is attached to the back of the house, easily accessible from the kitchen. The deck is shared by the homeowners but can be enjoyed privately.
Guest access
Guests will enter through the garage and will have access to the whole apartment as well as the deck
Other things to note
We request you text your ETA within 30 minutes of your arrival. Pull into our driveway and park in front of the garage. Jim (or Rosemary) should welcome you and open up the garage door. [Note: if we are unable to greet you personally we will send you a unique code to enter on your own].
