Located in the heart of the 7th district, there is a simple yet elegant in design 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. With warm and cool tones throughout, it brings serenity and a peaceful atmosphere.
There are two bedrooms with built-in closets. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom composed of a bathtub/shower and a sink. The second bedroom has a single bed that can turn into a queen bed. Located in the hallway, you will find a separate W/C.
Maximizing in space, there is an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining table and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with all the modern appliances. The dining table can seat up to six people. The living room has a comfy sofa and a large flat screen TV.
This apartment is ideal for 2 people coming for study, work or leisure. The flat is located in the heart of the American University campus and not far from public transport.
