This 1 bedroom Oceanfront Condo at the Bay Watch Resort has everything you need to relax!

As soon as you enter the unit, you’ll enter the bedroom, with 2 queen beds and its own closet, dresser, and flat-screen TV. You’ll then walk into the kitchen, fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove and oven, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, and serveware. The bathroom has a full-size shower and tub combination, with vanity. Lastly, you enter the living room, with a view that you’ll want to stare at for days! A murphy bed and sleeper sofa allow 4 more to sleep in the living room, which also has its own flat-screen TV.

Enjoy your mornings having coffee on your very own oceanfront balcony overlooking the resort’s oceanfront pool deck, featuring COUNTLESS pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers!

Rental Terms:

This unit includes two (2) parking passes for the parking garage. Clearance in resort parking garage is 6’10”. Motorcycles are permitted, no trailers are allowed. Parking for oversize vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $10 per day.

There are 2 coin laundry facilities at the resort, 1 in the north tower, and 1 in the south tower.

There are no pets allowed, as well as no smoking, to include but not limited to tobacco cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or vaping. Any sign of these rules being broken will result in a charge against the damage deposit.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all your neighbors & The Property Rules!! Absolutely no parties allowed – if we are made aware of any parties, you will be removed from the unit immediately, with NO REFUNDS.

There are no early check-ins, as your information is sent through an automated system that is scheduled for the set check-in time. This allows our cleaning company to thoroughly and effectively clean the unit before your arrival.

This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.

Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
