IR143 is the perfect place for your next Port Aransas vacation getaway! This 1st floor studio is situated in Island Retreat Resort that offers an abundance of amenities. The full-sized kitchen is equipped with all your essential culinary needs, a living area with TV and dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal. The full bathroom features a shower & bathtub combo. Best of all, the resort has two shared pools, grilling & picnic areas throughout, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and much more. Easy beach stay!

If you want easy to the beach and a pretty view, this is the place! Comfy beds and easy access to town for dinner. Our second time to stay at this resort and we will be back!

Perfect for our short stay

Came to spend a short time in Port A while our daughter had orientation at TAMCC, the place is a short walk to the beach, and big enough for the 3 of us. Wish the bathroom would have had a fan to help circulate the air, other than than it is a cozy spot.

Beautiful family time. Lovely place. The staff was professional and so kind. Cleanliness definitely should improve inside and around the areas.

Fun enjoyable stay! Nice small condo perfect for two-4 people

Room is set up like a larger hotel room suite. This specific rooms balcony lead right to the boardwalk to the beach in the back great view short walk. And swimming pool basketball, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts right out the front door. Quite for the most part. Shower head was a little low but had a detachable wand. Overall well worth the cost for us!

Needs work!

1. Fresh rat droppings in pantry on my food 2. Kitchen needs to actually care & place some value into! Plates extremely dirty! Plates, cups, pots, utensils all look random, chipped & bought from multiple goodwills. Having to spend vacation time cleaning & SCRUBBING plates before using! Cups had lip markings on rim. 3. Porch is filthy & you’ll get feet dirty on what appears never swept & gross rug. 4. Property mgt wants you to wear wrist bands but didn’t leave us any. When called to let them know right away they thought I was trying to scam. Very unprofessional! 5. Mirror is too tiny! 6. Coffee maker is burned & gross 7. No extra blanket & sheets feel like sand paper. 8. Wifi is provided but not the network. Network you have 15 to go through & try or find router. Ridiculous communication. Good items Couches are comfy. Location by boardwalk & pool a bonus Extra beach chairs available to use
