With a fully equipped home you’ll find yourself only needing to pack clothes for your trip. Come enjoy your stay just 11min from Universal Studios, 15min from SeaWorld, 15min from Downtown Orlando, 20min from Disney World, and near major supermarkets and grocery stores.

The home has a hot tub that can hold up to 6 persons to enjoy the Florida sun! With a pool table that can be used for ping pong as well, the house is great for the kids and for adults!

The home is ideal for long term stays! The property has a separate garage studio that’s is completely separate from the home. NO SHARED ENTRANCE OR AMENITIES ONLY THE DRIVEWAY.

Shocked that this property is listed on VRBO

The overall condition and appearance of property was not to my standard, especially listed on VRBO. I have pictures to prove how unkept the property is. I can accept the property because it’s quite apparent that it’s an older property that was rehabbed, however a lot of corners were taken in the rehab; but what was unacceptable was the lack of quality of linens and towel. The sheets were practically see thru and there were no additional towels except the 1 per person left in bathroom. The pillows were limited and flat like pancakes. I had to call the host for a number of things, like extra pillows (they were delivered with NO pillow cases, so they couldn’t be used properly), toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and for the a/c filter to be cleaned. It was so filthy that the dust was attached to the door and wall of the a/c closet. I do have to admit that the host did respond to my requests, but I should not have had to ask for toilet paper; or coffee for that matter.- which there were none, so we just bought instead of asking. At that point I was just very disappointed. This is my first and ever review online, but I had to take the time to do this because this was suppose to be a great experience for me and my adult children, and I planned this to the tee, I was so embarrassed. I was under the impression that VRBO was suppose to be upscale, but if this property is an example then I guess not.
