Wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day's adventures.The primary bedroom boasts an incredibly comfortable Tempur-Pedic King mattress, complemented by blackout curtains for restful sleep. You'll find a dresser, large walk-in closet and a full-length mirror. Bedroom 2 and 3 offer plush queen mattresses, ensuring a cozy and restful night's sleep for all guests.

The bathrooms offer modern fixtures and amenities, ensuring a refreshing start to your mornings. In the primary bathroom, you'll find a separate shower and a spacious soaking bathtub. The upstairs bathroom features dual vanities and a separate room with a tub-shower combo for added convenience and privacy. On the main floor, you'll find a convenient half bath, while the basement bathroom features a tub/shower combo for added comfort and versatility.

📬Short term AND Midterm Guests have NO access to a mailbox. NO packages (including amazon) or personal mail of any kind can be delivered to the home.

🏡HOUSE RULES
1.NO SMOKING: Smoking including cigarettes, marijuana and vaping is strictly prohibited inside AND outside the premises (patio and front porch). NO smoking in any indoor areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. If you need to smoke, please do so outside 25ft from premises and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
2.NO PETS: We have a strict no-pets policy. Regrettably, due to host’s severe allergies we cannot accommodate any pets on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends during your stay.
3.QUIET HOURS: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
4.NO FOOD OR DRINK IN BEDROOMS: To prevent spills and stains, please refrain from consuming food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy your meals and beverages in designated dining or common areas.
5.NO SHOES IN HOUSE: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the property to maintain cleanliness and preserve the condition of our floors. We provide shoe storage near the entrance for your convenience.
6.NO PARTIES: Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the quiet and residential nature of the neighborhood.
7.RESPECT NEIGHBORS: Please be considerate of our neighbors and maintain a respectful and courteous attitude during your stay. Avoid excessive noise, parking in their designated spaces, or any behavior that may disturb the local community.
8.TREAT OUR HOME WITH RESPECT: We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained vacation rental. Please treat our home with care, and report any damages or issues to us promptly.
9.NO UN-REGISTERED GUESTS: For security and safety reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional guests without prior approval from the host.
10.CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times specified in your booking details. This allows us to prepare the property for the next guests and maintain a smooth operation.
11.ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND ACTIVITIES: The use or possession of illicit substances and engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and may involve legal consequences.
12.FURNITURE MOVEMENT: Please do not move any furniture within the property without prior approval. Improper handling of furniture can cause damage or injury.
13.COVER PATIO FURNITURE: Please cover the patio furniture when not in use and before your departure. This helps to protect the furniture from weather elements and ensures its longevity.
14.DAMAGE TO FURNISHINGS: Any damage to furnishings beyond normal wear and tear will result in a hefty fine. Please report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
15.LOCK ALL DOORS: Please make sure to lock the doors when you leave the home. Leaving a house without making sure to lock the doors can cause possible break-ins or burglary.
16.THERMOSTAT: To ensure the efficient and proper functioning of the HVAC system, we kindly request that you adhere to the following thermostat guidelines:
A/C Temperature: Please refrain from lowering the air conditioning (A/C) temperature below 67 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate while preventing excessive strain on the system.
Heat Temperature: Similarly, avoid setting the heating temperature above 74 degrees Fahrenheit. This ensures optimal energy usage and prevents the system from working excessively.
17. ⭐️In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
