BOOKING CALENDAR JUST OPENED! 3BED 3BATH AMAZING VIEWS WITH LAKE OZARK LOCATION.

We just opened up the calendar for this beauty! This is our 4th year with this condo and we did some renovation off season, so it is AMAZING! 3Bedroom/3Bath (king bed in master) condo right on the water in the Regatta Bay condo complex which is 10 minutes away from the Bagnell Dam Strip on HH. This is a top floor condo (with the panoramic views) but it only 1 floor up from parking lot. Perfect for families! Perfect for adult getaways! Sorry - no parties allowed- trying to be respectful of other condo owners. Complex has 2 outside pools, swim docks if you want to swim in lake, picnic area, fire pit, tennis court, pickle ball courts and children's play area all on a large grounds that connects to walking trails. Spend the day out and about and come in to relax to your spacious, nautically inspired condo. The kitchen has all the pots and pans to cook a full meal. The front covered deck has a full size grill. This is one of few condo associations that still allow grilling. This front deck is private, it is not a walkway for the other condos. The lake side patio deck is partially covered and enclosed so you can enjoy free from bugs and rain. King bed in master suite with master bath, a second bedroom with a queen with attached bathroom, and third bedroom has a bathroom that is accessible from hall (but could be locked to hall making it en-suite). You are also a block away to 2 different restaurants. The hosts are the actual owners and live close by so if you have any issues during your stay they will be addressed immediately- so you can book with confidence.

Everything in the listing was accurate. Condo was very clean. We didn’t do any cooking, but noticed that the kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. The location was a good home base to explore different areas of the lake. We enjoyed our stay!

Complex is very quiet and park-like. Great amenities with pools, courts and pavillons. Condo was perfect with 3 bed/3 bath and ample supplies (which is rare). We had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Condo was clean and ready when we got there. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Three teen girls with Mom and Dad

Location perfect. Clean, comfortable, kitchen had everything you need in a kitchen ( very important). I have had other VRBO owners reach out more about our stay. These ones didn't, although everything was very clean, Efficient, check in smooth, bed was comfy, girls loved having their own t.v. two pools! I will be back!

Family Annual Getaway

We've stayed in a number of condos and this is at our top of choices! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, well-stocked!! Every kitchen utensil you could possibly need for staying in at the condo for drinks and dinner! Easy pool and lake access! Horseshoe Bend locations tend to be quiet, more private and this met those expectations! Communicated with both Pam and Dave several times and they were helpful and quick in responding! We will absolutely stay here again! :)
