Wow what a wonderful place to stay! We had the best time being able to walk around and visit downtown Boone. The apartment has so much charm, you really do feel like a king! Jason was extremely kind and an amazing host to work with. He was very accommodating and thorough! I would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back!

Needs a deep cleaning & pluming repair
This was our first-time using Vrbo. Jason the host was extremely timely when booking & again helpful in navigating us to parking. Unfortunately this stay was just ok. First the good; the location is phenomenal & it’s nicely decorated! So things that needed attention are really down to cleaning. The window sills were layered with dirt or mold, hair on the floor board heaters. A vacuum to the floors would have sucked up random sunflower seed stuck in cracks. Kitchen sink had some random grounds, maybe tea? All that was pretty easy to square up but unfortunately the lack of cold water in the shower made bathing next to impossible. The water was Hot! We did reach out to the host expressing the issues with the water, he was sympathetic but uncertain if he could resolve the problem on a Saturday. I kindly asked him to please keep us in the loop and that was the last correspondence, until Sunday when we messaged to say we had checked out. I share this simply to give balance and state my experience. I’d consider staying again if these things were addressed.
