Open concept- 4 bedrooms-2 baths- 2 car garage, relaxing screened lanai with outdoor dining. Nearby beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Within close proximity to The Sunseeker Resort, Gulf of Mexico, Pineland Marina, boating, fishing, charters and Barrier Islands. Only a 30 minute drive to Punta Gorda, night life, and the infamous Fisherman's Village. Downtown Fort Myers is a short 20 minute drive with a several choices for restaurants, music and entertainment.

Great home lots of room for the family

Florida vacation with the entire family 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great to have master en-suite was a plus If I were to wish for anything to be added an outdoor BBQ would be a great option Thanks for the nice home

Roy’s Hobbs 2024 Sunshine Classic

My wife and I stayed with 5 other old men, 64 and over. Beauty of this place was my wife and I had the king bed so my wife could segregate from the group. There really is nothing bad to say about this place. There are some recommendations. I knew this from looking at it. One room is a kids room. It has bunk beds and a pull out. It’s not meant for adults. One of the guys stayed on the lower bunk and the other slept on the couch. I warned them before they came down. The other recommendation would be for the owner to buy a couple of those cheap $98 WAL-MART TV’s. There is only one in the living room. Some directions on how to navigate the TV could be helpful. Believe it or not everybody isn’t streaming TV these days. I figured it out and helped these old guys get started. Internet was great . I’d come back again and would highly recommend it. It was easy to find coming from the north. You could easily avoid the toll bridges. Traffic, well it was Fort Myers in February- it just sucks. It served our purpose well!!!
