Great Apt in New Have

Great two bedroom with two queen beds apt, super clean, nicely decorated. The apt was larger than expected enough space for 4 adults. The owner was very accommodating And responded quickly. Thank you!

Very nicely ce

It’s a very nice place. However, one of the bedrooms looks out on two a courtyard that you have no access to so be careful not to open the blinds because one of our guests found a man sitting there, staring into her room in the morning while she was getting dressed. Not a cool thing.

Homey, Cozy Cottage

This property was a home away from home. It was lovely and had everything we needed. The living room was warm and cozy and the sofas were so comfortable. The dining room was good. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom were so comfortable and pleasant. Having a washer/dryer was so nice and convenient. Our host was considerate, friendly and accommodating and allowed us our privacy. It was nice knowing he was just a phone call away. It was so nice to return to our VRBO after a long day. We truly enjoyed it and will be back again to use this property.

East Haven Short stay

I was impressed with how close the property was to the interstate. I am a CT native and location is PARAMOUNT when I am traveling to CT for either business or pleasure. The house was uniquely reminiscent of what my CT home looked like when inwas a child. The downside was it is a shared space. I wasn't aware it was a first floor unit from the listing. The occupants on the second level, were up at 6:00 AM and it caused a disturbance to my sleep. The house was decorated nicely, very clean an up to date. I would advice the owner to add some plants and use only white towels. I would also advise on a window AC unit for the Living room area. It was very hot during our stay. I would recommend this property. I wish them the best of luck with future bookings.

Great update of the property

I was a bit nervous driving to the location as the neighborhoods were questionable and there is a low income apartment next door. We experienced no issues. The owner was accompanying in letting me check in early as I arrived many hours before the rest of my family. But it was bare bones as far as any extra towels, blankets, pantry staples, etc. We had one kitchen towel and one washcloth and hand towel for our whole group. The comforter on my bed smelled fishy “to me”. There was no detergent in the laundry area and I just wanted to freshen up the comforter. Totally my sensitive nose, but the owner wouldn’t give me any detergent to do so and insisted they were clean. Maybe so, but what would that have hurt? I was going to do it myself. Otherwise, the
