KITCHEN equipped to cook, serve. DINING tables seat 10+. Central ac/heat, ceiling fans, Cable TV all channels. ** SAFE PARKING -cars & boat trailers.
*WATERFRONT DECK, SHADED LAWN, chairs, chiminea, gas & charcoal grills, picnic table. Bring floats, kayaks, life jackets, games. *BOATS-our LARGE COVE IS IN SIGHT OF BOAT RAMP at Caney City bridge or 1/2 mile to Fisherman's Wharf Marina -sells licenses, bait, supplies. Safely anchor on our sandy shore.

Peaceful, on water, views but safe from boat, pwc traffic, only 5 min from all services but you feel totally away from town. Can sit on deck and watch kids play, swim in shallow water or join them in the large protected cove. No road traffic. Safe for kids, walking, pets.
