The three-bedroom layout includes a bunk room and sleeper sofa that make it especially useful for family travel. Outside, the private heated and chilled pool, hot tub, and nearby covered Pickle Bow court give your stay more to do without taking away from the quiet feel of the woods.

Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, local dining, breweries, wineries, hiking, and family-friendly attractions all remain close by during your stay.

Located in Broken Bow near Hochatown, Latitude Adjustment offers convenient access to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River, restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, and family attractions. This property is located off a gravel road. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred throughout some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

EV Charger Information
This cabin includes a 240V EV charger for guest convenience. Guests should bring their own adapters and charging cables to ensure compatibility. Additional fast charging stations are also available nearby at Choctaw Casino.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Pool Heating Information
Pool heating is available for $75 per night and must remain on for the full stay once selected. Requests should be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Chilling the pool is available at no additional charge. Heating is weather dependent and non-refundable once selected.

One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
