SUMMIT 107B - 3 BEDROOM -2 BATHROOM CONDO- Master BR: King; 2nd BR: Queen; 3rd BR: Pyramid Bunk (twin over full). Located on the lower level with beautiful views from the balcony. No sleeper sofa in the living room, Unit sleeps 7. This unit has a Washer/Dryer. Gas Fireplace. Nice Unit equipped with everything you need to enjoy your family vacation. Master Bath has a walk-in shower plus a tub-shower combo.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking On SITE. Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants.

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.
While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
