Welcome to Ka'ulu Villa 133A — a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-story villa in the extraordinary Hualalai Resort with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, Haleakala volcano on Maui, and the stunning Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Ka'ulu Villa 133A is centrally located within Hualalai and we provide you with two 4-person golf carts for easy access across the entire resort.

You will have plenty of space with nearly 2,600 square feet of living space including a living room on both the lower and upper levels. Enjoy watching movies or the big game on the big screen TVs in both living rooms. The meticulously maintained villa offers a gourmet and fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with ample space to enjoy the meal al fresco on the lanai or in the spacious dining room.

The lavish primary suite is on the ground floor featuring a king bed with sliding door access to a private lanai and a spa-like bathroom with a tranquil outdoor garden shower. The setting is truly magical!

The two additional bedrooms -- one on the lower level and another on the upper level -- each provide king beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with the latest flat-screen smart TVs. You are welcome to stream your favorite content or connect your mobile device to the TVs.

Full complimentary access to the Waiulu Amenity Center is included with your rental! The Waiulu Amenity Center has a beautiful pool, hot tub, and BBQs for you to enjoy during your stay! It's a perfect option for arrival/departure days when you may not want to opt-in to the Four Seasons daily resort fee.

Enjoy the incredible Four Season's style amenities with the highest quality bedding, towels, and bath products all while taking advantage of so much additional living space and privacy. It's is the best of both worlds!

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

Hualālai Resort is once again hosting an exclusive event at the Four Seasons Hotel from Tuesday, November 28th to Saturday, December 2nd. We would like to take this time to inform you of the impact around Hualālai.

Exclusive Event Dates:
Tuesday, November 28 at 3:00 PM through Saturday, December 2 at 12:00 PM

Projected restrictions during the above dates will impact Golf, Pool & Beach services, Kids for All Seasons and Dining:
o Spa & Sports Club facilities will remain open daily
o Ocean Activities will remain open daily, activities dependent on ocean conditions

• Pool & Beach Services
o The resort will become exclusive starting at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28 - Saturday, December 2 at 12:00 PM .
o The resort's pool and beach services will not be available to those the Resort categorized
as Renters.

• Golf
Hualālai Golf Course will remain open daily
Hualālai Driving Range will be closed

• Breakfast Service
o Light breakfast service will be available daily a t Hualālai Trading Company

• Lunch Service
o Residents' Beach House will remain open for lunch daily
o Beach Tree will have limited availability during these dates

• Dinner Service
o Residents' Beach House is available for dinner service nightly
o 'Ulu, Beach Tree, and Hualālai Grille will be unavailable for dinner service beginning Tuesday, November 28, and will reopen for service on Saturday, December 2.

• Hualālai To Your Home Delivery Service
o Unavailable during these dates

• Special Events
o There will be elaborate tented events located at the Hualālai Driving Range during this date range. Entertainment will be held in that tent and is anticipated until 10:00 pm
