Beautiful Spot!

We loved the house, the pool, and the location. The house was immaculate and worked well for our family. We walked from the house to the farmers' market, Sea Quest tour boats, and beautiful shorelines. I would rent this house again.

Wonderful Family Vacation in Kona

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Kona, Hawaii! The highlight for our family was definitely the pool and beautiful backyard — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house was stocked with everything we needed, from kitchenware to beach towels, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept well. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the property was. The neighborhood was peaceful and in a great location — short drive to shops, beaches, and restaurants, but still quiet and private. It was easy to settle in and feel at ease right away. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Kona!

This Home and this location were nothing short of fabulous. This was our first trip to the Big Island and this was such a wonderful setting. The home is beautiful and comfortably slept and accommodated our family of 4. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. All furnishings were island feel but the home had every modern amenity you would need or want. Being able to open the glass wall to the lanai and pool was awesome. We spent our days at Volcano National Park, Mauna Kea, Kailua-Kona, and Waikoloa. Each was easy to get to from this location and it was so nice to arrive back home to such a quiet setting to relax in the pool. We absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone who is looking at this as a stay. Such a nice alternative to staying at a resort.

Great Family Stay!

We loved our stay here! As a family with a 4 year and a 1 year old this location was ideal! The pool kept my son busy and there was enough open space for the entire family. There are beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use! Very close to town, a great location! Would stay here again!!

Private getaway

Very enjoyable private residence that is well represented by the pictures provided. Very spacious and well stocked with all needed items. Outdoor pool was a welcome escape to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian weather.

Beautiful home

Loved everything about it except you couldn't mobe the thermostat lower than 74. We mostly stayed in the backyard and pool area which was wonderful. Very thoughtful as some toiletries were available for use. Would absolutely stay here again

This home is even more gorgeous than it looks in the photos! BEAUTIFUL home and neighborhood. It was SILENT! And the views of the mountains were to die for. The host was kind and responsive. It was an absolute paradise oasis. I cannot recommend this property more highly!!!!!

Private paradise

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It is very well appointed, and held no unfortunate surprises. The small closed neighbourhood is very quiet and kept well manicured. The backyard is an oasis, with the perfect pool and relaxing gardens and lanai. We often ate outside on the lanai, just enjoying the surroundings and various sounds of birds and sightings of geckos. I would highly recommend this property to others!

Wonderful Kona house

I was on island for ironman and stayed in this home with my girlfriend, parents, brother and sister in law. It is wonderful and just like the photos show. Pool was great and the kitchen is very well appointed. Note that the front door keypad provides time based access so let the property manager know in advance if you’ll be even 20 minutes early as we could not get in in this situation. I’d absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home with private pool

The home was as lovely as pictured. Well stocked with everything we needed for our two week visit, except food of course. The private pool is plenty big enough for 4 adults to float around and the sitting ledge is great. We loved the outdoor living area and the fenced in yard. Spent most of our time outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The beach chairs and coolers were put to good use on our road trips. The fridge has filtered water and ice dispenser which was a pleasant surprise, not to have to buy bottled water.

Paradise

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, open and inviting and with a lovely lanai to enjoy. We used the saltwater pool daily and even found it therapeutic for one of the baby’s excema.The kitchen had everything you could ever need! My only complaint was the indoor temp. It was set at 74 and would not go any lower. A savings for the owners but uncomfortable for us. The ceiling fans got lots of use! All in all, I would happily return.

Perfect location and beautiful property

This house was exactly as described and a tad better than I expected. The HOA pool and hot tub are next door to the property, which made it pleasant, but it also had a private pool. Everything was in the house, and honestly, I would have given it five stars, but I was charged for a broken oven door, which I don't believe I did, but I had no way of proving it. They had a picture, which was odd, but I understand why. I would take a complete video inspection next time before checking out, though, as I don't see how I would have chipped the glass and added $500 to my bill for it. Still, they did communicate about it professionally and would not let this deter me from renting this home again.

Felt like home

This home is incredibly comfortable and spacious. It has all kitchen amenities and supplies we needed. The pool was the perfect size and depth for my kids, deepest part is about 5’. The only three things to improve are : 1. we were provided the wrong codes for the front door. 2. on Monday the gardener came and woke us up at 0730. He worked outside until around 10am which delayed our pool fun. Also, the pool guy came but we were already outside and in the pool so he just checked something and left. 3. There is no garage door opener, so had to get out of the car every time to close and to open. This house is not close to the beach, but it is walking distance to the farmers market and very closed to the dock for cruises and manta ray snorkling. We were supplied to chairs, coolers and an beach umbrella which was a plus. Overall and wonderful stay and definitely worth the price.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful! Beds were comfortable. The kitchen set-up with most needs. The pots & pans could be replaced as they have much wear to them. I couldn't find a mop anywhere. The main suit bathroom shower I couldn't adjust the water to be colder. I was there on the Labour Day Monday and the strata folks come in to do their yard work at 7am which included cutting part of a tree down and blowing a leaf blower. I had company come visit one day and I could see any visitor parking anywhere. Couldn't figure out where to have my company park outside of the gated community. I did appreciate the beach chairs, coolers, the cloth drying rack, our family enjoyed the pool, appreciate the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was available in the showers; I liked that the home has AC and major appliances.
