Welcome to the Townhouse on Purdy - a new residential building in Downtown Harrison. This fully stocked one bedroom suite is located in a boutique style complex with 13 units. The suite features Pottery Barn and West Elm furnishings, Thermodor Appliances, and private laundry. The building features include fitness room, elevator, and two rooftop terraces for guest use. Walk across the street to Metro North with quick service to Grand Central or Stamford CT and beyond. No car needed as this location is an easy stroll to many local cafes, restaurants, shops, and markets. This is a great home base to explore the Sound Shore Communities of Westchester County, the Hudson Valley Area and New York City. Whether you are visiting family and friends in the area , here for a business meeting, or escaping the city to try the suburbs, you will feel at home in the Townhouse!

Family visit

We always enjoy the convenience of staying here as family is in walking distance as well as many restaurants and shops are located within a few steps to a block or two away!

Great location and property

Would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Harrison or visiting Rye. Nice location for access to Rye, small and quiet building, and good food options within walking distance. Host was very responsive and gave detailed check in directions. Also appreciated the fitness room.

Great location and nice brand new place

It was perfect for our 3-day stay in the area. Close to Rye, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, White Plains and many other areas in the Hudson Valley. Very clean apartment and excellent communication with owner.

One week stay

The apartment was beautiful,very clean and well stocked! Parking was a bit difficult but very close to stores and restaurants snd the train station! Overall a good stay! Debbie was pleasant and very responsive! Would stay there again!

Family Visit to Harrison

Excellent location, clean, new building, modern decor, functional, convenient to train to NYC, well-equipped, nice neighborhood. Everything was exactly as we hoped it would be.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this apt in Harrison. Debbie was available and helpful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The town has many nice places to eat and the apt is so close to the train that you can get to many other towns as well as NYC easily. We will definitely we going back.

Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we have rented . The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The convenience of the train being 3 minutes away is so nice. Debby is wonderful to communicate with. We really had no problems so we did not need to call her. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Harrison Property!

The location is fantastic for everything in town...restaurants, shopping, and a coffee shop right across the street. The apartment is extremely well stocked with everything you need. The property and the building are both extraordinarily clean. Everything is brand new with a fabulous kitchen and bathroom, especially the shower! The apartment is done with very high end appliances and finishes. There is laundry in the unit, and a great little gym in the building which was never crowded. It was a delight to communicate with the owners, who take a lot of pride in their lovely home. They have thought of everything to make your stay memorable and comfortable. This is a home run of a stay in downtown Harrison!

Nice clean Apt in convenient location

We had a great stay at this small apartment building in Harrison. The unit is brand new and spacious for a couple. Bonus was the use of the small gym in the building. Fabulous shower! High end appliances but we didn't cook in at all. Unit has a/c which was essential during our stay. No parking on premises, but we didn't have a car so it wasn't a problem. They have overnight parking on street, but two hour parking during the day. I believe there is a paid lot nearby. Very communicative owner! We'll stay again!
