With 2 1/2 bedrooms and three beds, 2 full bathrooms, you and your guests can enjoy being within walking distance of Crescent Lake with its tennis courts, baseball field, playground, and dog park. Enjoy the comfort of the enormous couch and family size dining table while only minutes away by car from downtown's art, music, brewery, and night scene. With free reserved parking, as well as golf cart rental available, plus many attractions within walking distance nearby, it's no wonder that this centrally located apartment offers the chance to truly increase your quality of life and relaxation. Don't miss out!
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 10:00 a.m.

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

Garden apt near Lake Crescent St. Pete

Nice updated garden apartment. Bathrooms were nicely updated with good water pressure. Takes a while for apt to cool down initially. The kitchen could be better stocked with more pots/pans, cooking utensils. The 5 cup coffee pot was undersized for a unit that can sleep 7. Even with our group of 3 we had to make multiple pots daily. Overall, nice accommodation and love the location near a lovely walkable Lake Cresent.

Location!

The location of this property is awesome! It is a quiet area next to a Great Lake with walking paths and bird watching. Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Easy access to downtown and beaches. Beds are uncomfortable. King bed is 2 twin mattresses pushed together. A pillow topper would do wonders for both rooms. Pillows, softer sheets and towels can be updated to make this a cozy stay. The big gray leather couch in living room is terribly uncomfortable for watching tv or just sitting to visit. Dining table was great. Nice kitchen area. The low back causes neck strain when watching tv. Great access to Netflix, Prime Video, and similar channels. The pullout sofa bed is located in sun porch so area not dark enough for good rest. Blinds could help that area. Bathrooms are nice and have been updated. Love the smart mirrors! If comfort updates were made would definitely stay there again. In current condition can not recommend comfort, but location is a win!

Perfect location to downtown St. Pete

A friend and I stayed a few days after Christmas. There were supposed to be three of us and it would have been perfect for three girls. But having two bathrooms was great for two! Used the extra BR as staging/clothing storage. It was off of the main bedroom bath and was like a large walk-in with a twin bed. Living room has large sectional, not terribly comfortable for watching TV, but with pillows from beds and blanket throws, it worked for one night we stayed in. Never did find the second washer/dryer, but given, didn't ask about. Had a problem with getting hot water - took long time, but host was on top of it and had handy-man/plumber look into immediately. Turns out, heater is in building in front of unit and it takes quite a while to get hot water over (and it was end of Dec and cold for Florida.) Location was nice and we used Uber to go out at night with no problems. Walked to Trader Joes for necessities (wine and cheese.) Parking a little tight in the covered garage depending on size of your car. Only had one time needed to park down the street, otherwise out front or under cover was fine. We would stay here again for sure.
