Great place to stay

I’d recommend this rental and the hostess to anyone. The place was very clean and spacious not to mention the location closed to everything. Communication was also outstanding!

My favorite place to stay for swim meets

I love this place when we come for swim meets. Right down the road from a grocery store, lots of restaurants around, 25 minutes from the beach but super close to our competitive pool. Elaine is fantastic and readily available. I typically fly in and ask her to make sure the house has some items stocked. She is very easy to communicate with when you get there too and always wants to make things right!!! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely property in St Petersburg

The property is well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Wonderful place to stay for the holiday weekend and take in all of the sights and activities in St. Petersburg. Convenient to downtown, the beaches, restaurants. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Great family getaway

The house was great for our family to stay a couple nights for our daughters graduation. Clean and spacious. Great courtyard with plenty of seating. We had a wonderful time and would go back.

Cindution of house could be upgraded. Some things were very old fashioned.

Good visit, great with small children. Loved the bedroom attached to MB. Locarion great to get to all the venues we were interested in.

Valerie was nice, however my home is decorated with vintage flair . I have had these furnishing for very long time. In fact guests that come like the décor, it is a warm feeling. I receive many compliments that my guests fee at home. I am a super host on 8 sites and I have been in the business for 19 years. To accomplish this is quiet rewarding. I did not know that the furnishings are an issue to someone's individual taste. My home is in a great area, very clean and pet friendly. My travelers leave very nice comments for years. Elaine

Convenient but tired.

The property is roomy and convenient to downtown. We were there for the Blues Festival and it was an easy drive to the venue. The property, though clean, needs some updating. Furnishings, decor and bathrooms are tired. Property has a nice outdoor courtyard with a hot tub but it was inoperable when we were there. That said, it worked for us and we stay there again.

I wanted to take the time to respond to the review . I do not advertise the hot tub . I took it down over 10 years ago . My home is eclectic the bath are done with a antique . look. Remember we were hut bt the first hurricane in 100 years. So my home has since been painted inside and out . More to come ! It looks great . Elaine

I retired 2014 after 27 years as a loan officer for Wells Fargo. I now have 5 vacation rental homes. Since I found that I was best at staying busy. At present I am a representative for an award winning nutraceutical for 7 years. I am enjoying life and teaching others to do the same!

I bought this home in 1983 because of my 27 years in lending as a loan officer all of my rentals are located in prime areas. My St Pete home is very relaxing this home is fully staffed with all necessities for cooking, internet, washer dryer, linens, espresso maker, grill, quaint court yard , bikes, pak n play everything you need for children. All you need to do is just arrive and enjoy your holiday!
