UNIT A. This sweet brand new 2nd story loft/entire home "The nest" is within walking distance to everything. (within 6 blocks)
Restaurants, fine dining, boutique wine bars, breweries w/ food trucks, gift shopping, hair & nail salons and parks.
In just minutes by car, there is golf, x-country and alpine skiing, Smith Rocks State Park, Mt. biking and hiking trails, running paths, scentic rivers for fly fishing, and rafting. Never a dull moment here in beautiful Central Oregon! Welcome to the birdsnest...

I live on property in a separate dwelling. However, please use any part of the patios or yard/garden for your enjoyment!

There are 16 steps uo to the home, stairs may be unsafe for children as there is not a door to close from access into main entrance. That is why children under 4 are not allowed.

Darling upstairs unit

Karen was exceptional in more ways than one. The Bird’s Nest unit is beautiful, clean. And everything is either within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Great stay!

The apartment was great, very clean and Karen was gracious to quickly set up for our arrival as we got into town prior to check in at 3pm. We did end up checking out a day early and did not receive a refund for the last night, but otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful!

Karen Ann is a wonderful host and her "compound" is to die for! She has created a beautiful multi-rental compound with beautiful garden space open to all guests...just blocks from everything in downtown Redmond. Want to go to a concert at General Duffy's? Walk there and back. The photos posted under-deliver! The "Nest" is over 900sq ft of brand new construction, two bedroom, one bath apartment fully equipped to live there...which we could have! She has also tastefully decorated it with original bird (therefore, the "Nest") art and even a real birds nest. We were there for the Sisters Rodeo and couldn't find a two bedroom, only one bedrooms with a fold out sofa. So this was a great find.

Quiet and easy walk to downtown and hiking trails, easy 7 min. drive to Smith Rocks, 6 minutes to tge Redmond Airport, for traveling nurses I am 1 minute to Redmond Hospital. The bonus to Redmond Oregon is a smaller town connected to Central Oregon Which has everything you could ever want in outdoor activities, music and weather!
