Cherry Nirvana - 2BR Apartment

This unit is the upstairs of an up/down duplex, guests will need to climb stairs to access the suite. The downstairs is home to the Utopian Groove Studio, and this suite can be combined with renting that space for so many purposes (paint parties, slumber parties, dinner parties).

The suite is accessed through the rear door, where there is a mud room, and then a set of stairs going into the main part of the suite. If the downstairs add-on space is booked, at the first landing is interior access to the downstairs suite.

The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom (incl in-unit washer and dryer) are at the top of the steps, as well as access to the second set of stairs that lead to the attic living room and play room.

There are plenty of toys and books for young children.

The guests have access to one parking space in the driveway as well as the upstairs suite.

Ask your host about adding on the downstairs unit to create a whole-house rental with an area to accommodate a dinner party!

This house is located in the heart of Massillon, just .2 miles from downtown (where there are bars, shops and restaurants) and right down the road from the beautiful St Mary`s Cathedral. There are some homes that are a bit run down, but there is hardly any crime (just crime of opportunity, like stolen items).

**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered `standard`.
Smoking (Cigarettes, Vaping or Marijuana) is not permitted inside the house.
