Conveniently located one street over from the lake, less than a five minute walk to Weirs Beach where you can relax on the beach or go boating, only a ten minute drive to Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert venue and fifteen minutes from Gunstock Ski Mountain. Many great bars and restaurants in walking distance!

Great location. Condo complex is a little dated, but was clean and suited our needs. First time to the Lakes Region. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful condo. Owner responded very quickly with answers to questions. Very nice condo and great location. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

Fantastic property and location, perfect for a family of 4. Very clean and just as advertised. We enjoyed everything about our few days there. It’s walking distance to the Weirs yet in a quiet location. The host was excellent with communication. Would absolutely book this property again.

bathrooms, need to be updated and have grout cleaned. Made the mistake of opening the dishwasher. there are dirty dishes in there from a long time ago

Overall it was a great stay. The only things I would point out is that it would have been nice to have some extra towels, the valve in one of the showers came apart but we fixed it and it would have been nice to find out about the huge hill to climb to get to the main street for Laconia. Not that that was a big problem but if I had some other people with me it may have been. We were just thinking of how close it was but had no idea about the hill we referred to as Mount Everest. Everything was very clean and we had no problems. Thank You!!

Great Condo close to Weirs Beach

Really nice place. Clean and well maintained. If staying for a few days there are a lot of benefits. There is a dog crate provided if you need to crate your doggo. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, including a crock pot, so if you want to make some food here you are definitely able to. Two beds and two baths, each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, so it's great for a family or friends. The property owner communicated details very well and was a great resource. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and the steps leading to the condo's building are not great. Be careful, especially if it's dark. The lamps on the path were not lit after we returned from our concert at BNH pavilion, (which was only an 8 minute drive away!) but these issues are not the host's fault. Weirs Beach is walkable, but it's a hike! There is a steep hill, but it beats paying for parking at the beach. I recommend walking to The Craft Brew exchange through the fence behind the pool. Great food, excellent atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
