Enjoy a relaxing family vacation at this bright and beautiful 3 bedroom condo on Ocean City's coveted south end. Situated 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the South end markets and shops - there is no better location! This condo includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and comfortably sleeps 10. With spacious common areas and 3 decks, there is plenty of room for your group to gather together or spread out. Enjoy a cold beverage on the front porch after a hot day on the beach, relax on the back deck with a good book under the shade of the retractable awning, or take in a stunning OCNJ sunset from the roof deck! The south end features some of the widest beaches in OCNJ and just 5 blocks from our home is the entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park - a great spot for beach combing and morning walks. In the immediate 2 block vicinity of our home, you will find Boyar's Market, Sack-O Subs, Mike's Seafood, Aneu Kitchen and Juicery Market, A La Mode Ice Cream Parlor, and the Sea Gull Shop. The southern most entrance to the boardwalk is only about a 15 minute bike ride away and a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction (over the inlet bridge) will lead you to several excellent dinner spots in the small beach town of Strathmere including La Fontana Del Mare, Twisties Tavern, and our favorite waterfront spot for a great meal and awesome sunset - The Deauville Inn.

Wonderful Week Down the Shore

Location was perfect for teens walking back and forth to the beach, ice cream shop and Sack O Subs. Home is clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

Amazing vacation!

We had the absolute best week with our two kids (9 & 3 y/o)! House is beautiful and was very clean. Communication with Whitney was easy. Short walk to the beach was a big plus. We can not wait to come back again

Relaxation in the south end

We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and clean, and communication with Whitney was very easy. The house had everything we needed and we loved the location--very peaceful and calm especially at the end of August. My kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds and the various toys/games. The rooftop deck was really lovely.

Loved our stay!!

We had a fantastic time during our week stay. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to a lot of places to eat. The house is well equipped, very comfortable and well appointed. Check in process was seamless and the communication with the owner, Whitney, was super easy and timely. Would definitely go back again!

Fantastic Vacation

We had such a wonderful time at Whitney's OC condo. Such a short walk to the beach sandwich shops and an ice cream parlor. The condo was very comfortable and the decks were awesome! Whitney was great to work with! We definitely want to stay again!

Perfect Summer Vacation Spot

This was the best location for our family vacation during the Summer of 2023 in Ocean City. The house was complete and comfortable with everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and close to great food options. The owner was able to answer all our questions and everything was ready to enjoy for our week at the beach! Would definitely like to go back again.

Excellent location!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect with a less than two min walk to the beach AND Mallons, A La Mode Ice Cream, Mikes Seafood and more. The house was SUPER clean and updated. Although we didn't get to use it because it was VERY hot during our stay, the rooftop had some nice views as well. Easy check-in and Whitney was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Family Vacation on the Best Part of the Island

We had an amazing stay at this property. My wife and I along with our two young children enjoyed the simple, quiet beauty of the South End. A short walk to the beach, or over to get ice cream, or riding scooters to the playground - it had everything we needed. The house was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The kids LOVED their room and the bunk beds and all the games and activities that were available in the house. Cannot express enough how wonderful our time was, special thank you to our gracious host for sharing this special place with us. We will be back!

South end oasis

The property is lovely. Well appointed, clean, and new. Our host, Whitney is responsive and helpful. Seven family members fit comfortably for the week. The best part was the location. 55th street is half a block away. This is were you will find Mallons bakery, A La Mode ice cream shop and Mike's seafood (and other conveniences). Will definitely look into renting this property again.

Summer beach vacation

Overall great place to stay. The descriptions and pictures were all accurate. The three decks were great, giving our group space to spread out when needed. It was a very quiet area and not overly crowded, which was nice. There were a few restaurants and an ice cream shop on the same block which was very convenient. The walk to the beach was only one block, which was so nice and easy. And the owner Whitney was amazing when I reached out to her a couple times, she got back to me right away and was very helpful and kind. Thanks so much!

Second time we stayed!

The property was clean and the location was great. There were basic start-up supplies, lots of TV options, and games and toys. It was far from the boardwalk and very quite. The outside shower had nice warm water. We stayed here a couple of years earlier and decided to go back again. There are a couple of things we didn't like; no fault of the owners. The master bathroom is very small. The grill was on the back patio and could only be accessed through one of the back bedrooms. If the propane ran out it would have been our responsibility to refill the tank at our expense. Time and money; so we didn't use it. Linens were not provided, which make for lots of hauling stuff up the stairs. (We knew this from the previous stay). Overall we have a great time.

Hello! My name is Whitney and my husband and I are excited to have recently purchased this home in OCNJ. We live in Pennsylvania with our 3 daughters and have been vacationing in OCNJ since they were babies. Before that, I grew up coming to the shore every summer - all the way from West Virginia - 9 hour drive! My grandparents rented the same house on the North End for several weeks each year and so this beach town is filled with some of my very best childhood memories. We're so thrilled to be able to provide the same experience for our kids and happy to share our property with other families to make wonderful summer memories!

Though I grew up spending summer weeks on the North End, we have converted to South End fans for our family vacations with our children. Since the island is narrower down here, there are less crowds on the beaches, less traffic, and easier parking. We just find it to be quieter and more laid back, in general. We love the close access to Corson's Inlet for morning walks and shell hunting and some of our favorite Shore restaurants are right over the bridge in Strathmere - Twisties Tavern on the Bay and The Deauville Inn. Its about a 15 minute bike ride to the southern most point on the boardwalk and a 10 minute drive to the main boardwalk strip of amusement parks, mini golf, and shopping.

We love the close proximity to the beach and south end shops - all the conveniences you need, without the crowds. The condo is bright and airy with plenty of room for up to 10 people, but we think the nice deck areas really set it apart. With three very useable decks (2 of them shaded) it adds additional living space for guests to spread out. We especially love sunsets on the roof deck!
