At The Black Bear, we warmly welcome your four-legged family members! We allow one well-behaved dog (up to 20 pounds) per stay, with a one-time $75 pet fee. We kindly ask that your pet be crated when unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.

The host Anna was very polite and answered all of our questions when we wanted an extra night, she got right on it. We will definitely stay in this location in this apartment again. The pool was within walking distance. The home was very clean. We love the view from the back patio of the golf course. we would recommend this location and apartment to anyone.

Was a relaxing week. Bed was comfortable and accessibility was easy for us old gimped up people. Close to the pool which we enjoyed. Do wish there was a grab bar on the wall between the linen closet and the tub up high enough to grab on while stepping in and out of the shower. Stay was great, quiet and peaceful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Black Bear Condo in Branson! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My family loved how cozy and comfortable it was — the perfect place to relax after a fun day exploring Branson.One of the biggest bonuses was how close the condo is to the pool! It made it so easy for us to enjoy plenty of pool time without having to pack up and drive anywhere, which was especially great with the kids.The location was perfect, the amenities were great, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend the Black Bear Condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in Branson!

Vacation

The property was exactly as described in the description. A couple of nights there were some noisy people upstairs with a child that was allowed to run across the floor way past the quiet time hours and there was another night we were able to hear the people next to us at 12:30 - 1 am yawning and talking again past quiet time. Other than that, it was an enjoyable place to stay. Very well stocked kitchen. We had a great time visiting.

Lovely Condo

This place was extremely clean and had everything you need. I love the black bear decor, it made the place feel like home. The area around the condo was in a nice area that was safe and secure with being in a gated community. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Absolutely Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect! I brought my husband here for his birthday and it did not disappoint. He loved it! It is rt next to the pool and clubhouse and very close to everything you may want to do in branson. We golfed and swam and enjoyed cards on the patio! This place was very clean and super cute. This isna very family friendly environment but also was great for just us.

It was quick trip - wish we would have had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The Hungry Hunter restaurant was excellent for breakfast - homemade and too much to eat and very friendly staff .

Great Stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few days of fun in Branson. I needed to work remote during the weekdays, the wifi was fully reliable for this purpose. The quietness and view of the golf course made a nice respite from work meetings. This is a convenient location for going to shows, aquarium, etc. The walking proximity to the golf course amenities like the pool and pickleball is also great.I had one minor issue with the rental which was responded to instantly. Good comms all around!Thanks for a good stay, we would come back.

We were super happy with this condo. Very clean and comfortable. We actually didn't want to leave. The deck overlooking the golf course was so relaxing. If we make it back to Branson, this unit is where we'll stay.

Perfect for us!

We stayed for a long weekend in Branson- this place was perfect for our needs- we were able to cook our meals and have a nice place to relax between activities. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, pool toys for the pool and plenty of linens. The kitchen had all the essentials and the deck was nice to relax on in the evening ! Only 2 steps to get into the condo, and right close to the pool which were a huge pluses too. We didn’t need anything from the host, but she was only a message away if we did. Thank you!

We stayed at the Black Bear Condo in Branson! It’s located in a gated community! Has a great view. Close to Tennis Courts and outdoor pool! Like a few steps away from both! Our host Anna was the best. Very receptive to correspondence when needed. Reaching out to us and checking in. It’s an inviting condo with a big bedroom with a comfortable bed. Very clean! Nice deck with a great view! The quality of towels were phenomenal. We would definitely stay again! Looking forward to going back soon! Thank you Anna! 5 stars!!

A breath of fresh air

The black bear condo had everything that we needed and then some. A lovely view. Watching the squirrels run and play. It was so great to have the swimming pool (indoor and outdoors), and hot tub just minutes walk from our condo. My wife and I love to swim and relax. Being able to cook just like being at home was a plus. Appreciated the spices and cooking utensils. The hard part is going back to the rat race. It is hard to leave. It would be nice to have a check out at 11 or even 12. Having the stuff to play basketball, tennis and pickle ball was great.

Outstanding!!!

We love Point Royale and the Black Bear condo is our favorite! Everything is well updated, super clean and charming. It's right next to the clubhouse with fitness room, pools, etc. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Spring getaway.

The communication was excellent. Anna laid out exactly what to expect and when she would contact us with arrival and check out information.The condo was very clean and well stocked. Black Bear Condo.

Our 5 star stay My wife and I stayed for a week at Black Bear Condo. The condo was very clean well stocked with everything you would really need. The balcony was nice place to relax and watch the golfers go bye, at times it was quite entertaining,would definitely recommend the condo

I was born and raised in Poland but have spent most of my life in the U.S., in the Chicagoland area. I’ve worked in the financial field for the past 20 years. I enjoy connecting with people and take great pride in providing my guests with the highest level of care. Sincere hospitality and attention to detail have been close to my heart since a very young age.

I’m naturally active and energetic. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy exercising (especially Callanetics), playing ping-pong, and practicing ballroom dancing. I used to play professional volleyball in my younger years and hope to return to the sport one day.

I also love traveling and meeting new people. Some dream destinations on my list include Africa, New Zealand, and Paris.
