Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our beautiful, newly remodeled condo—perfect for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with resort-style amenities.

🏡 Nestled in the gated Pointe Royale community, this stylish ground-level unit (just two steps to the front door) offers top-tier comfort and direct access to incredible amenities.

⛳ Located right on the Championship 18-hole golf course, the condo is just steps from tennis and pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and a relaxing hot tub. The community also features a playground, scenic walking trails, dog parks, and a stunning clubhouse with a full-service restaurant—all within easy reach.

💰 The Black Bear Condo is part of the "Stay and Play" package, offering a special golf rate of just $60 per person (including golf cart)—a significant savings compared to the standard $109.99 rate!

🛋️ Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home—and more. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV to stay connected and entertained. The spacious king-size bed features a brand-new foam mattress and topper for a restful night’s sleep. For extra guests, there’s a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. In the morning, sip your coffee on the patio while enjoying beautiful views and watching early golfers pass by. For your convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

🎢 We’re just two miles from Moonshine Beach and four miles from Branson’s famous Strip—home to shopping, Silver Dollar City, live shows, zip lines, cave tours, hiking, boating, fishing, and wineries. You can even fish right from the bank (fishing license required). There’s no shortage of fun and relaxation here!

Four days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to our digital guide, which includes everything you need to know about the property—check-in instructions, parking details, Wi-Fi information, golf and fishing instructions, local restaurant recommendations, and more.
One hour before arrival, you’ll receive your personal access code to enter the condo. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we aim to make your stay as seamless and stress-free as possible.

🐾 Pet Policy
At The Black Bear, we warmly welcome your four-legged family members! We allow one well-behaved dog (up to 20 pounds) per stay, with a one-time $75 pet fee. We kindly ask that your pet be crated when unattended and kept off the furniture at all times. This helps ensure a peaceful and clean environment for all our guests. Please note that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to the guest.

I was here for a conference and did not take part in any of the activities available with my stay. The bed was very comfortable. I did unplug the air freshiner as it wasn't needed and personally don't use them. Great location near anything you want to go to in Branson. The clubhouse food is very good.

We had a great time in Branson and the condo was fabulous. Everything was in good working order. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The keyless entry was so nice, especially at night. Beautiful view of the golf course. We will definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely visit to Branson and the Black Bear condo was lovely. The balcony looks over a beautiful view of the 18th hole, and we enjoyed our coffee there each morning. The space is well stocked with everything you need and then some. It is mindfully and adorably decorated. Check in was a breeze and the host, Anna, was on top of communication at every step. The location was perfect for our needs with everything within 15-25 minutes drive. Thank you VRBO and Anna for a wonderful stay!

chose this property because of the reviews. It truly is a 5 star rental. I felt safe and secure in a gated community and had a beautiful view. The condo was perfect! It was quiet, super clean and everything worked! Sleeping on the tempurpedic mattress was very comfortable and the bear theme was a nice touch. Anna the hostess was accommodating and responsive to our requests. We highly recommend.

The host Anna was very polite and answered all of our questions when we wanted an extra night, she got right on it. We will definitely stay in this location in this apartment again. The pool was within walking distance. The home was very clean. We love the view from the back patio of the golf course. we would recommend this location and apartment to anyone.

It was quick trip - wish we would have had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The Hungry Hunter restaurant was excellent for breakfast - homemade and too much to eat and very friendly staff .

I was born and raised in Poland but have spent most of my life in the U.S., in the Chicagoland area. I’ve worked in the financial field for the past 20 years. I enjoy connecting with people and take great pride in providing my guests with the highest level of care. Sincere hospitality and attention to detail have been close to my heart since a very young age.

I’m naturally active and energetic. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy exercising (especially Callanetics), playing ping-pong, and practicing ballroom dancing. I used to play professional volleyball in my younger years and hope to return to the sport one day.

I also love traveling and meeting new people. Some dream destinations on my list include Africa, New Zealand, and Paris.
