Welcome to your ideal coastal retreat, located just steps from the beach. This charming beach house offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation, whether you're seeking a family getaway, an adventure with friends, or a romantic retreat.
The Space:
Our spacious and bright house features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, decorated with a coastal style that will make you feel at home from the moment you step in. The living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.
There are 3 Smart TVs in the house that allow you to stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu using the free high-speed wireless internet service.
The fully equipped kitchen invites guests to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the large open kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area features a table for 6 people and a breakfast bar with 4 additional stools. You can also dine on the outdoor patio, where you'll find an outdoor dining set for 6 people and a barbecue perfect for evening cookouts.

Master Bedroom: King bed with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed and a work desk.
Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 twin beds and 1 full bed.
Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed with Smart TV.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Central air conditioning and heating.
Washer and dryer.
Private parking for 1 car and 3 additional drive way parking

Location:
Situated in a prime location, our house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Enjoy long walks along the coast, water sports, or simply relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.
House Rules:
No parties allowed under any circumstances.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property: If any signs of smoking are detected, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 pm and before 9:00 am according to the city ordinance, enforced by local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
