The condo was very comfortable, the amenities were good. We loved the pool & hot tub especially. We were familiar with the area, so very easy to get around. We enjoyed ourselves. The only downside was road traffic & helicopters coming & going from the hospital across the street!

The condo was very clean and things were easy to use, TV, kitchen, etc. The host shared all access information and condo location within the community clearly and made the process of getting in very easy. The check-out was super easy, nothing complicated.

Great communication with host. The property was clean and well organized. There was even a nice little snack basket for us upon our arrival. The only missing item was soap in the showers, easily solved with a quick run to the store.

Great Stay

Myself and my 2 teenage sons had a great stay. The condo was clean and very spacious. Very good communication from the owner. Complex is nice and has a pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great condo, Paula was fantastic!

Great location, beautiful condo, had everything we needed. We also used the pool, very nice! We all enjoyed our stay! Paula was very responsive and helpful during the stay!!

Great Stay

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it suited us perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything that we could have needed. The communication was excellent and the owner went above and beyond for us. If you wish to stay in this corner of the Phoenix area, I would highly recommend this rental.

Very Relaxing_Home Away from Home

The condo was clean, tidy organized and felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. There was ample space and our host responded to our questions within a timely manner. The grounds were clean and had no problems finding a parking space in the evening. The community is very clean, quiet and close to amities. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and host

Love Coyote Landing and this condo! The location is great. The condo is very homey and well taken care of. Very clean and was stocked with all the essentials including bathroom essentials (i.e. shampoo, soaps, hair dryer) which is a big plus. Paula was an excellent host and extremely accommodating to our needs. We would 100% stay here again!
