This true “heart of Thatcher” home with home office gives you a great location to be close to everything there is to love about the Gila Valley. You are a walk away from the schools, Eastern Arizona College and a drive away from the Mt. Graham golf course. 6 minutes to the Safford mine entrance. A short drive gets you to several parks, splash pad, skate park, pickle-ball courts and soccer/baseball fields. Enjoy the spacious backyard and relax in our quiet neighborhood. The view of Mt. Graham and true “small-town” life will leave you feeling refreshed!

Hi, I’m Alex! I am originally from the Gila Valley and my husband Dalton grew up in the White Mountains. Our “future began at EAC” when we met there and fell in love. As we went away to school (Utah State - GO AGGIES!) we knew we wanted to return home and raise a family in this great community. We come from great agriculture and pioneer heritage and love the treasure this place is rich in that history.
