Guest access
- PLEASE NOTE: Off-grid Wifi - We use an internet hotspot that works for basic needs. Please know that it's slow at times. Some days it's great some days it's slow. If you need to be on zoom video calls all day, this internet is not consistent.

- Complimentary streaming services: Netflix and Amazon Prime. Same situation for streaming.

NO PETS!!

Please understand that this is not your regular cookie cutter airbnb. This is a completely off-grid house so has some quirks. We built thisr house on a mountaintop, up a bumpy gravel road, where we could raise our babies wild and free. We now split time between NC and VT and opening our doors for a limited amount of time each year.

Most cell phone providers work well.

We prefer to have contact with prospective guests by phone or email before accepting a reservation.

**A cottage (sleeps 4) and a renovated airstream (sleeps 2) can be booked for additional guests.

Also, the cottage (on a separate listing) sits about 150 meters from the house. Still very private but may cross paths with other guests.
