Price per night is for 30 nights mínimum stay. 2 bedrooms condo, sleep 5, near to down town, lake, shopping, bearskin trail and Kawaguesaga lake boat landing.

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, bath room, outside patio, Barbecue.

Big space for a trailer boat or JetSki’s.
Free parking on drive way.
2 Bicycles (1.3 miles to trail)
2 queen size beds, 1 twin size bed.
1 Playpen is also available.

Other things to note
Please have in mind that this the north woods. This condo is in the woods around a lot of Pine trees, so it could be a little messy outside from the pine needles some times, especially with bad weather.
Quiet hours 10:00 pm
No pet is allowed. This house never had any pets and the carpet is always clean, so please respect the rules. No fireworks!

Perfect for us!

We had a lovely month-long stay and were impressed with how thoughtfully prepared the home is. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen since we cooked most days. The furniture was very comfortable. The bikes were a real bonus, as we explored the area and the Bearskin Trail, which goes right into downtown Minocqua. We were close to shopping & restaurants but enjoyed the quiet that comes from being in the woods, where we were visited by deer every day. The owner quickly responded when we contacted her. We'll be back next summer!

Nice unit in great location but needs improvement

Overall, the unit was clean, easily accessible and located close to town, but the age of the property is showing and some improvements would really help. Most importantly, I would find a new product to use for dehumidifying the unit, the moth ball smell was intense and literally permeated our clothing. Aside from that, the shower faucet handle does not operate properly and the shower never got hot the entire time we were there. I would also have a repair man fix the toilet in the bathroom,it has very low flow and does not flush completely unless the handle is held down the entire time.

Nice place to hang out!

The house was a good place to stay off of the beaten path. It was close to a lot of walking trails, and was a 5 minute drive into town. Smells a lot like mothballs, but other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

Very nice

It is as described on the site. Close to downtown and the zoo. We walked to the zoo as it is close. We parked at the park right by downtown making it is to just walk around the many shops. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Conviently located

It was a cute place. Lots of nature so loved that. Close to town, but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed our stay.
