Enjoy the convenience of this elegant 3BR apartment, located minutes from NYC and in the heart of The Heights, Jersey City. We got the whole family covered with 3 Queen and 2 Full Beds, plus there is a 40” Smart TV (no cable) in every room. Plenty of places to “work from home” with two working desks and a dining table that seats six.
The space
The three bedroom apartment is accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a healthy amount of kitchenware, and a single bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared backyard. Please note, we do not manage the backyard (i.e. cleaning, supplying furniture, etc) as it is a shared space for the guests/tenants.

Is there a washer/dryer in the building?
Unfortunately, the building does not have a washer/dryer - but there are is a laundromat within a 1 minute walk of the apartment & a Wash & Fold service that is a 5 walk from the apartment.

When can I check in?
Guest are permitted to check in at anytime past 4pm, as we offer a self check in service with digital locks on the building and apartment doors.

Is there building parking?
No, there is not building parking - but guests can take advantage of the street parking by contacting the Jersey City Parking Enforcement to get a temporary parking permit.
