Directly on the BEACH in Hollywood! Beautiful fully furnished and renovated 1 bedroom condo! Beautiful resort style pool, fitness center, rec room, valet and so much more! Available from June 12th, 2023.
The Condo Association requires all tenants to:
-Sign a Lease for not less than 90 days.
-Pass an Interview and fill an online form with the information about the persons who will stay in the condo two weeks prior to move in date. This process require a fee to be paid to the association by the tenant.
-Provide a $500 refundable security deposit with the Condo Association.
-Free Valet provided for one registered vehicle.
