Guest have access to the entire apartment as well as the building's pool and gym facility.

(IMPORTANT)
We will need passport or Emirates ID copies for all guests and at least 24 hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.

* Smoking is allowed ONLY in the balcony
