This Rustic Ranch House built in 1978 is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway or for events being held at the lazy E. This house sits on 160 acres. This house was used to film the movie My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys. This house sleeps 11. * As of 11/1/23 this house now is equipped with WIFI and 4 TV’s. Live cable streaming through YouTubeTV.

Wish there was more things to use in the house like, trash bags, utensils, baggies, etc.. but overall, a great place to stay, very clean, and cozy!! LOVED the outside. Wish we could have stayed out there more and used the fire pit. Will definitely be back if possibly!

Was in the area for the Boys of Oklahoma concert, enjoyed our rural stay & the price wasn't inflated like the rest of the listings taking advantageof the crowds to the area. Beautiful home

Fabulous stay at Rustic Ranch

My group of 7 stayed for 8 nights for an event being held at the Lazy E Arena. This location was fabulous. The house was huge and easily accommodated the needs of our group. It had a beautiful backyard and patio which we enjoyed nightly. We grilled steaks on the firepit/grill provided. All the appliances in the kitchen & laundry room were top notch and worked perfectly. The cookware, dinnerware, flatware, and utensils were very high quality. A nice array of coffee pods, snacks, spices, etc. were provided for us. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Perfect place for Lazy E!

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights in this beautiful home. The place was super clean, cool, and inviting. Master bed/linens were very comfortable and the bedroom was very spacious. We utilized the porches for morning coffee and evening dinners. Very nice! Lazy E is a quick drive down the road. Jules is an amazing host! Seems like she goes above and beyond to offer an amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Unique and beautiful property

Beautiful property, stayed here for our Daughters OSU graduation weekend. Really neat house and worked out perfectly for us. A trip well never forget.

What an amazing property! The vacation we had in this house has made so many memories with my family . I can’t wait to visit again and maybe catch something fun at the lazy e down the street . If I could pick up this house and put it in Colorado I’d move :) ❤️

Spacious Ranch Home

Nice older home, could use some updating, and just FYI, there are no TV's so if your planning to watch a big game with the family, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, spacious, but could use updating. A big plus is it is very close to the Lazy E arena if you have an event there.

Lazy E

The property was very clean and they were very easy to communicate with. The only down size was there were no tv's and no internet.
