Whether its cozying up next to the fire in winter, sat in the swinging chair, or basking in he sun on the large deck in the summer, the house is perfact for all seasons.
All three rooms are warm and spacious, the master boast marina views and a large en-suite.

Enjoy the quaint port town of Lyttelton, walking distance to bars, restaurants and a brewery. Two beaches, perfect for kids and a morning paddleboard, are just a walk away, around the stunning coastal pathway. Stroll down to the famous Saturday Market, and pick up fresh fruit, veggies and crafts. Just a 10 minute drive to Christchurch, you can enjoy all the amenities of a large city, whilst still being next to the beach. Sumner beach, is just a 5 minute drive away, and if your a fan of kite boarding, the estuary is just 10 minutes from our place. Paddleboard available on request.
