Welcome to Paradise on the Bayou, Unit 7B! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning marsh views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

Vacation was too short!

We had a lovely time in 7B at Fenimore Mill and especially loved sitting on the balcony watching birds and the boat life around the bayou. Only downside was that we didn't stay long enough! We definitely plan to return.

Great Location well stocked property

This condo was in a great location and met our needs. The prooerty was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the fact that if you travel with pets *we were not* they have treats and dog bowl which was super cute! My only issue is as soon as we walked in we were hit with an odor of what i think we mildew...perhaps? I think its from the temp being set to 85 when not in use. This made everything somewhat moist...couch, loveseat, linens etc. The furniture needs a bit of an upgrade as it looks great but is quite worn when you sit on the couch it basically sinks. My recommendation to all property owners is if you have room for a king size bed..and this property does..get a king...it makes a stay so much better! I really enjoyed siting on the balcony enjoying the peace and quite!! Overall it was a good stay...
