Calling all boat lovers, get ready for the ultimate family getaway! Home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths that can comfortably sleep up to 10. But that`s not all! Prepare to have your breath taken away by the 180-degree view and large yard for your kids to play in. We`ve got you covered with a private dock, so bring your vessel and sail away into the sunset. And don`t worry about packing your kitchen sink, because our place is fully equipped with everything you need. 10 guest MAX / 3 car limit.

This property is located on a large lot with amazing views and includes a private dock, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a porch, plus an `under house` entertainment area. The kitchen is totally equipped with everything you will need!

The whole home is yours!

I am available throughout our stay but give guests privacy.

Jordon River Estates is a private waterfront community located in Bay St. Louis, MS. It is a quiet, family-friendly, boating community.

Bay St. Louis, MS is still a car friendly town.

FAQs:
-The closest boat launch is down the street and a map is included in the description.
-There is no elevator so one flight of stairs is required for entrance.
-Kitchen is FULLY equipped.
-You will recieve your own code to access the lock before your arrival.
This property does not allow more than 10 guests and no more than 3 cars overnight. Renters can be charged $200 a night per extra overnight guest. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside the home. A $200 fine will be applied if there is evidence of smoke inside.

Beautiful Comfortable Home

Traveled with 2 families and needed 7 beds. This home was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and fantastic location. The host was so friendly and super responsive. Such a nice experience all the way around!!!

Coast with a View

My family’s stay was an awesome experience! Location and amenities were amazing. This house is so beautifully decorated, clean and so accommodating, including a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, games, etc. I didn’t even mention the view! Highly recommend!

Hello! I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2005 to join the Hurricane Hunters as a Flight Meteorologist. I never expected to fall in love with the area but I did! When I travel I prefer the privacy of rentals over hotels along with the use of a kitchen. Therefore on a whim I bought a condo to share in 2022 and quickly found I enjoyed hosting. In Fact I liked it so much I now help others with their property management.
