Bisbee is in a mountain canyon, there steps and stairs all over town. We even have a race each year, the Bisbee One Thousand where hundreds of participants run up and down the different staircases. This room is on the ground floor of the 7 Howell building, but there is an 8-step flight of stairs from the street to the ground floor. Parking is on the street, near the hotel, loading zone only in front of the building.
