What makes my property stand out is its blend of modern comfort and natural beauty: set on three private wooded acres in the sought-after High River community, the home offers spacious living with 3,100 square feet, three bedrooms and four baths, inviting outdoor spaces like a porch and patio, and access within the community just a short drive from the house a river for tubing, abundant wildlife, and peaceful mountain views-all just a short, scenic drive from downtown Ellijay’s shops and restaurants.
