We foumd bed bugs in 2 bedrooms.Patio funiture bad shape, no play ground as show..front door knob coming off.

NOT AS PICTURED, AND ROACHES!

There are pictures in the listing of a foosball table inside, and a clean backyard with a playground, seating, firepit....NONE OF THAT WAS THERE! Fence was down. Leftover, opened food in kitchen, and roaches in every room. Doors off hinges. Smoke detectors had no batteries. No soap, no hand towels. No top sheets on beds. Dining room chairs desintegrating. NOT SAFE. Was told I could ask for a refund, and was then ghosted.

Good overall value accommodation

The house offered all the needed essentials and had perfectly adequate space to sleep 10. Clean & comfortable. Would happily use again.

Wonderful!

Amazing! Pictures do not do the place justice! Beautiful house, but I do not recommend as a place if you need to use the backyard, not as well kept as the rest of the area. Would definitely get again if I needed.

Needed a place asap at last minute and it was easy and affordable.

Needs TVs updated and remotes not working, backyard really needs to be cleaned and chairs replaced very dirty. Overall the house very clean and neat. Didn’t appreciate all the bugs in the house may consider pest control.

Good but then Disappointed

We arrived at the house to find it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest. I contacted the owner, who quickly responded and put me in contact with her assistant. He was very responsive and stated that a "glitch in the app" had shown us checked in the prior day and that was the reason it hadn't been cleaned. He stated a cleaning crew could come at 7 pm which I requested they come. at that time, he offered to return my cleaning fee. I started a load of towels, as there were no clean towels and washed a couple of dishes that were left . We left to go eat & returned just before 8 pm and the cleaning crew had not shown up but did later. The girl finished cleaning at 9:40 pm. My DIL cleaned the master bath room so she could bathe her daughter. I spoke with the assistant and was told I would be refunded one nights stay due to the inconvenience. When our stay was over, we left before 6:30 am. I was contacted 2 days later saying we left the water hose on. We never used the water hose as there was no need for it. We left the house and were floating the river and sightseeing and didn't return until late that evening. This was explained to him as well as I told him about the 2 utility trucks that were on the side street. Host left a message saying we left the water hose on which resulted in a high bill. I can only assume this was said as to not issue the refund. Guests beware, you can be blamed for something you didn't do.

You are merely an afterthought to them.

Good. Quiet neighborhood. A/C worked well. There was laundry soap in the house. The kitchen was spacy. Close enough to a WalMart. Bad. Fridge is noisy, ice maker broken. Fan range and light don't work. No condiments in kitchen, buy your own ketchup. Kitchen not fully stocked, no plastic cups, no cookie sheets, one small frying pan, which was dirty. Few cleaning supplies, no vacuum, no trashbags. Place not especially clean, needed a good dusting. Front TV no remote, Fire Stick or cable, useless except as a monitor. Back TV fire stick extremely slow. Very little toilet paper in the house, no paper towels, we bought our own. Ugly. The house has 5 beds, so it sleeps 10, not 12. There is no day bed, futon or fold out bed to sleep anyone else, except for an uninflated air mattress with no bedding. We had 2 sleeping on the floor. Not a bar of soap in the house, and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the bathrooms were water. Not watery, not watered down, water. Useless. Fortunately I remembered that there was a hand soap dispenser on the sink so I showered with that, then went to Wal Mart and bought shampoo, bar soap and body wash. The backyard is full of bugs, don’t bother. The furniture in the backyard is old, torn, and none of us wanted to even sit on it. The pictures they show in the listing were when the furniture was new. Sadly, it is now useless. Factor in these extra costs/inconveniences before you rent.
