This updated kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. Great for family! Includes a privacy fenced backyard with heated pool and outdoor patio area.

Eight minute walk to Cocoa Beach and Pier! You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!

And to be perfectly clear, the property doesn't have a hot tub, if you see one, most likely is a glitch with the VRBO System. Thank you for your understanding.

Great place to stay. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance and the host was very easy to communicate with. Pool was heated and had a cover over the top so there were no issues with bugs. Would stay here again!

This was a wonderful way to start our 3rd annualFamily trip. The home was close to the port, had wonderful indoor and outdoor space, and proximity to activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was great and on a quiet street just a couple blocks to the beach. The house had plenty of room for a family of four and 2 additional couples. Everyone especially loved having a private pool just steps out back. Dining and grocery shopping all close by. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great family friendly getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, close to the beach and big enough to accommodate the entire family. The kids loved the pool! Be sure to check out the zoo and visit sweetie the gator at the Key lime pie shop

Wonderful Home!!!

We will return, this home is excellent. !!!Everything you would need, perfect location, very clean and comfortable!!! All one level , perfect for my parents… The screened pool is wonderful!!! We spent most of our time visiting around the pool. The walk to the beach and nearby shops very easy!!!
