Nestled in the prime location between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon, our luxurious 5Bed/3.5Bath includes a hot tub, pool table, indoor gas fireplace, completely updated granite kitchen w/ an island, two decks to lounge on and two living rooms to enjoy company or your space. Master bedroom comes w/ an en-suite bathroom w a large tub & 2 sinks, and the home includes fast wifi, garage and plenty of free overflow parking.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

We had a great stay at this Town Home! We were there with 10 family members for graduation at the U. Having the 5 bedrooms was perfect, everyone had their space. We also loved easy parking, big table for games, and the hot tub was perfect. We would definately stay here again!

It was a great stay. We had everything we needed. House was even bigger than we thought it would be. Over we all we very comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Very roomy townhome

Drew was very quick to respond to all my questions & requests. Convenient location for the Cottonwood canyons. We enjoyed our stay.

Safe, convenient, fun

2 coaches and 3 athletes ages 11-18 were visiting in the spring for a gymnastics competition. The location was convenient to explore the area. We used the kitchen and grilled outside pretty extensively. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. The neighborhood felt safe and we had a great trip.

Fantastic

The house was great, and very clean. The only thing i wasnt aware of was the house was a townhouse, which wasnt a huge problem. Host was very professional and friendly!

The house was ok but not worth the price. We selected this house for a couple reasons: hot tub, the bbq and the pool table (this was a guy's trip so those things were going to be perfect for us). Well the hot tub didn't work until the last day of our trip. Completely unacceptable and a huge let down for us. They eventually had someone come out to check on it (while we were gone) and that person claimed it was just in "eco mode". Why you don't set it up properly wen you know people are coming over, I don't know. The base of the bbq had never been cleaned so when we decided to use the bbq, the base caught fire and we had to put it out. And no, it wasn't our food, we hadn't even put our food on the grill yet. They also didn't have bbq tools (thongs, spatula, etc). They eventually had them shipped to us but by that time, it was our last full day and we were not making food at home. The pool table was in the basement which was fine but it was in a bad position, too close to the walls. We understand this was done so you could also have a couch and chairs but it left very little room to play. They had to provide a mini-pool stick to take shots from two sides of the pool table.Overall very disappointing.
