Step outside to a golf view deck perched over the 8th green for barbeques and alfresco dinners or retreat upstairs to a stunning loft space suspended above the great room, for downtime, movie nights, or a quiet space to work.

Downstairs, guests have a choice of 3 beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a four-poster bed and barn doors to a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity area and tub/shower combo. The second guest room features a sunny workspace, and the third guest room is quietly situated at the end of the hallway with sliding doors to a covered patio and perfectly perched Adirondack chairs overlooking the golf greens.

The mountain shuttle to Ketchum and Sun Valley is a two-minute walk from the townhome and the Wood River Bike Path is steps from your front door.
