This was a lovely rental--clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially loved the screened balcony/porch. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of things.

This property isnt new, but it is a very good value for the price. It was very clean, comfortably appointed, and spacious. The area was quiet and there was ample parking. It was everything we were hoping for for our 4 day stay. The manager was responsive when there was a minor maintenance issue. We would stay there again if back in the area.

Home away from home! Great location near restaurants, shopping centers and Walmart! The home was spacious, clean and a screened in balcony! I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful big balcony overlooking pool. Was able to see my adult children swim from the room. Every picture is exactly what you see. Nice big floor plan, but the toilet in one bathroom is going out because you have to hold it down the entire time it needs to flush. Loved the removable shower heads. Only bad thing was the hot tub was broken! No jets worked while we were there. I know that’s not the hosts fault but it wasn’t as described. Overall good stay but there is no elevator so be prepared to walk up three flights of steps with all belongings.

I had a fantastic stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. Overall great parking. I love the Convenience of gas, food and grocery. Neighborhood was very peaceful. Great area and not too far from anything. Will check this property out again if I do choose to visit north Myrtle beach in the future. Cleanliness also a big PLUS!

It was a very nice place. Overall very clean. It was in a very nice complex. Great pool. We only came for a short trip for a wedding. We didn’t get to stay all the nights we paid for due to us catching the stomach bug the first day we were supposed to be there. Side note: don’t inquire about possible refunds or switching nights or any of that sort bc the owner will probably be snarky in response like she was with us. (I knew none of those would probably be possible, but I would be silly not to ask just in case right?!) Minor complaints- master bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot to my liking so I just had to share the other shower. The toilet also kept running continuously in that bathroom. And long and short human hairs all over the place but that’s just me being picky. My only big complaint is the curtains in the bedroom were almost sheer so it was so bright in the room when we were trying to sleep. Again, overall a nice place to stay in a nice area.

We loved everything about the facility. Great location. Being 2 older couples, we would have preferred a lower level because of health issues but it was still a great stay.Everything went so smooth, we didn't have to contact the hostess at all. She gave excellent instructions on how to do everything that we needed to do to enjoy our stay. Thanks for having us.

It was hard to find the water by the condo and both bedrooms have so much light coming through all night but it was super clean and quiet. Pool wasn’t busy the whole time we were there too that was nice
