I see you have given me a revenge review! As all renters can read I have 23- 5 star reviews and all state they love the updated upscale decor and home in general! Its newly furnished so lie number one about it being "Tired". We are generous and offer FREE utilities and only ONCE before in my 20 years of doing this were renters so rude as they racked up almost a thousand dollars of utility bills. So if you are an owner DO Not rent to this liar it will cost you dearly! Lie number two, there is no spying! we have two security cameras one on the front door and one on the back door, this is for our guests safety,, it does not view the pool/spa! Lie number three I warned Steve twice of the sky rocketing utility charges and both correspondence he ignored, but he did say "he loved the place and wanted to rent it next year" which I denied his request. I turned him down stating in my review of him he was untrustworthy and racked up almost a thousand in utility bills, so now his revenge review.
