Welcome to our 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home!

**OVERVIEW**
This home offers three levels over 2,350 square feet. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests in complete comfort. The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from the Snow Park Lodge during your stay. Making it easy to get to and from the slopes. Park City Free Bus Service: There is a bus stop right next to the property.

The living room features modern contemporary furnishings, a smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and private deck access. The kitchen space is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, and stone countertops with island seating for 3. This dining area offers a large table with seating for 10.

Good location. Lovely coffee shop right across the street. 2 min drive to the ski slopes. Very spacious property with new and well stocked kitchen.We did experience some issues with the plumbing ( leaking sink and broken water regulator in one for the bathrooms)

Awesome place for a ski vacation!

Place is like new and has everything you need plus a boot drying rack and cubbies to keep your ski gear. Perfect location with free van that picks up at your door to go to Deer Valley ski area. Awesome stay!

This home in Deer Valley was beautiful! It was absolutely spotless and It was so roomy and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a wonderful and stress-free week. This home is only about a 10 minute walk into the historic area of Park City and there is a free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the property. Our host was great. He responded quickly to my questions and also inquired about our stay while we there, which i thought was really nice. It proved to be a fantastic place to stay for a wonderful family reunion!

This place is amazing. The unit has comfortable beds and amazing linens. The furniture is very comfortable and the location is perfect. Plenty of parking and very close to the base of Deer Valley and walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend this rental.

Location, interior finishes, cleanliness, comfort...this condo had it all; and to top it all off, walkable to downtown or you can grab the free shuttle from across the street! Only feedback: have some games and playing cards available and entry floor bed needs some adjustment, its a bit unstable at times. All in all, we will definitely be back:)

Great Location and Beautiful Home

Location is amazing with proximity to deer valley resort amenities. Home is comfortable, plenty of garage space for bikes/ski's etc. Kitchen was nicely appointed and view from living room is fantastic. Master shower with body sprayers, central vacuum, dimmer lights were all nice touches.

Fantastic, spacious townhouse!

Fabulous, well located townhouse in Park City on Deer Valley Drive. Brand new renovation. Well equipped kitchen, large flat screens, and garage. Very comfortable.. It was great in August, I hope to be there in ski season also.

Deer valley ski condo

We had a great experience at this VRBO. The location was excellent for access to the slopes. We used the shuttle service to pick us up in the morning and return from the mountain. This was very easy to use on their Deer Valley app. The condo was very well decorated and exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend this condo for either multiple families or large families. The administrator was extremely attentive and accommodating. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for Deer Valley (or Park City) stay

This place is a fantastic place to stay for a Deer Valley ski trip. Bus stop right out the door and 2 minute ride to the lodge. Deer Valley Cafe across the street was a great place for breakfast to start the day and Park City a short 5 minute ride for dinner/bars. The owners have really done a nice job with the place. Great beds and bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of storage and some nice touches for a ski vacation (hand/boot warmer and ski racks in the garage and plenty of storage for ski clothes by the front door). Some upgraded touches like individual heating/cooling in upper master, heated tile floors in master and bed warmer for bedroom on first floor. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location, Great House

Overall this house was great for our group. Plenty of space and ability to relax and unwind when needed. Proximity to the base of Deer Valley Resort was great too. Our only two issues during our stay was the limited amount of garbage bags we had available (especially on check-out day), the quality of the toilet paper (horrible - we went out and bought our own supply), and the heating in the rooms got warm. We turned heat down to 60 degrees every night and we were still so hot it was hard to sleep. The comforters might be part of that problem but it was too cold using just the sheet. Overall those are minor issues and we would definitely stay there again!
