Golf trip

Great house! Disregard all the comments about lack of supplies. They have clearly upgraded the house. It has exactly what you need. We played ping pong all night. Couch and TV set up was great. No complaints from us!

Beautiful home that could be a diamond

Great home. However, missing some essentials to make any stay a better experience. Toaster or toaster oven is a must. Bath mats in all the bathrooms. Pool being usable would have been preferred. It should be cleaned and operating if you list it as an amenity. Also bedrooms should have a TV. One bedroom had tv. One main tv makes it tough when you have 5 different aged people that prefer to watch different entertainment.

Spacious house

The house was very roomy. We enjoyed the game room. Unfortunately the pool was not clean, so we did not get to enjoy that. Agree with a lot of other reviews, house has tons of potential. Would stay here again.

Not Yet, Has Potential Though

Positives: Good neighborhood, large backyard, spacious, clean, quiet. In good shape. Comfortable Beds. Living room has a quality TV and couch. Den has pingpong and basketball. Has potential to become a valuable and even cherished VRBO rental, if owner and manager would put in a little more effort. Currently finishing touches and basic elements are lacking. Our group of 5 came for a 4 day mini-vacation. Problems: There were only 4 bath towels. One of our party had to dry himself with a wash cloth. Kitchen: not enough forks, knives and spoons. Only 3 steak knives. No coffee mugs, bowls or toaster. One bedroom door couldn’t close, the door handle was gone, had to push open the door as there was a broken door stem without a handle. BBQ - no BBQ tools, grill was dirty. No table or chairs in the backyard, forget about an enjoyable outdoor cookout. Cold pool, no chairs or lounges. No bedroom lamps. One bed creaked like it had rusty springs, with thin, uncomfortable nylon sheets. We called VRBO, and the manager as we just wanted towels and coffee mugs. The manager became combative, blaming the renters, maid service, etc. we asked if she had come to the property, she said no, because she is the manager (wow). We asked her if there is a list for the cleaning service to go through, again- no. The next day a package arrived containing coffee mugs, then the next day 4 towels came. It is simple to fix: just get the missing items. Probably cost less than $1000 and rent more often.
