There was plenty of space for our entire family. The house was clean and many essentials like hand soap, dish soap and paper products were provided which was a nice surprise. The host communicated well and made the check in and out process easy. Great location near golf, hiking, shopping and restaurants.

The host, location, house - fantastic! The only critique I would have is that the king bed in the primary is extremly uncomfortable and should be replaced.

The location is great! BUT the house overall was dirty. The floors were dirty, the coffee table had not been dusted in a very long time (you could write your name in the dust), the floors under the couches had huge dust bunnies, the kitchen cabinets were so sticky on the outside that we had problems opening them, the sheets had been washed in some kind of scented detergent that made us all sick, the dining table had not been washed (there was still food marks from previous), the mats on the table had left over food on them, there were no handles in the bathrooms for the showers/tub, the tables outside were filty - the list goes on and on. The two items that really stand out is that none of the bathrooms was ADA compliant and the overall dirt. If this was professionally cleaned as owner states, they need to be replaced. For the five of us to be here was amazing and we made the most of it but overall we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. it appears the owners tried to upgrade the property but used cheap materials and are not checking on this on a regular basis. We did not contact the owner because we knew that none of this could be fixed during our short time there but hope thy will take to heart our comments as this is a really good property that needs some TLC to make it up to the standard thy think it is.

Very spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean property with pool and hot tub were a plus. Great communication and service from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this property. Stayed with 4 other adults. Pool was well used and appreciated after the day heat in August. Spacious house and yard, extremely quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Relaxing retreat!

We had the greatest family time! I would love to return. This home is located on a private cul-de-sac, which was wonderful! The house was just perfect! Plenty of room for our family. I definitely would love to return!!

Perfection for a family gathering

Our family gathers once a year for a baseball reunion in a different city every year. This year it was in Phoenix. We needed 2 houses to house all 18 of us and this was one of the houses we chose. Everyone came together at this house the entire weekend because it was the best!! Biggest, cleanest, pools, great layout for a crowd, and a terrific kitchen for us all to cook in. Good neighborhood and close to shopping. I can’t think of one thing I would want to change.

Nice property in great location

We stayed in this house for our yearly family gathering in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Lots of room for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and spacious backyard with comfortable chairs and loungers. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there's a Weber kettle in the backyard for grilling. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, freeways, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts checked in with us and made it clear that we should not hesitate to contact them if they could help. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Golfing trip

We were notified on the day before our trip with clear instructions on how to access the property. As we arrived there were instructions on how to use the amenities and who to contact if we needed to assistance. Overall it was a fantastic experience and well accommodating for a party of 8! The property was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries for everyone. 10/10 would recommend staying here for all ages, family or friends!

Nice neighborhood, conveniently located, and lots of space! Nice pool and hot tub. The website was a little deceiving as far as bedrooms and bathrooms. We thought each of the 4 rooms had bathrooms but only two rooms had baths, the other two bedrooms shared a bath, and the fourth was the pool bathroom.
