This spacious apartment boasts a large bedroom, and a living area with two sofas (one is sofa-bed - so four people can comfortably stay here). Welcome to our modern, light-filled apartment, nestled in the stylish neighbourhood of Maria, Södermalm. The apartment exudes freshness and elegance, with recent renovations infusing it with a luxurious feel.

Unwind in our spacious living area, furnished with two comfortable sofas, one of which transforms into a bed (futon bed) for extra guests. Ample seating and a flat-screen TV make it the perfect space for relaxation after a day of exploring Stockholm.

Cook up a storm in our fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, boasting sleek appliances and a clean design. Enjoy your meal at the dining table or step out onto the private balcony, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. Here, you can savour your meal while taking in the tranquil neighbourhood views.

Sleep soundly in the large bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, ample storage, and crisp linens. Wake up refreshed and prepare for your day in one of our two immaculate bathrooms. Guest have access to the apartment, balcony and own kitchen and bathroom. You can comfortably sleep two people in the master bed, and two people on the living room futon bed. There are two fully equipped bathrooms in the apartment.

There is a second bedroom but this is reserved for my families belongings and will remin locked.

A secure car space is available in the building car park for 400 SEK for the entire duration of your stay and I will give you access to the car park app. Please text me the day before you arrive if you want to use the paid car park, otherwise there is plenty of paid street parking in the neighbourhood.
